RESULTADOS DA POSTURA PRONO E DO REEQUILÍBRIO TORACO-ABDOMINAL EM RECÉM NASCIDOS EM TERAPIA INTENSIVA

Resumo
Introdução: O Reequilíbrio Tóraco-Abdominal (RTA) é uma técnica fisioterapêutica que incentiva a ventilação pulmonar através da reorganização do sinergismo da musculatura respiratória, já a Postura Prona tem grande relevância pois melhora a oxigenação, o sincronismo toraco-abdominal e na função diafragmática, apresentando também benefícios envolvendo saturação periférica de oxigênio (SpO2), pressão arterial de oxigênio (PaO2), frequência cardíaca (FC) e diminuição de refluxo gastresofágico. Objetivo: Estudar os efeitos da postura prono e das técnicas de apoio torácico do método RTA nos parâmetros cardiorrespiratórios e comportamentais de recém-nascidos internados em UTI. Método: Trata-se de um ensaio clínico com amostra por conveniência, ocorrido entre os meses de agosto a dezembro de 2018, composta por 10 RN, sendo verificada a FR, FC, SpO2 e Escala Comportamental Prechtl e Beinteman (EPB), antes e após duas técnicas do método RTA por 7 minutos e 30 segundos cada e no dia seguinte a posição prona foi aplicada por 15 minutos. Resultados: No método RTA houve discreta diminuição da FR após as técnicas (média 43,4 ± 10,554 rpm pré RTA versus 41,2 ± 10,633 rpm pós RTA com p = 0,313). Na posição prona verificou-se, após a técnica, discreto aumento da FR e da FC, já as variáveis EPB e SpO2 não apresentaram alterações após ambas intervenções. Conclusões: Discreta melhora da FR após a realização das técnicas do RTA, sugere que esta abordagem terapêutica proporcionou conforto respiratório, organizando o RN. Estudos futuros, devem ser realizados para melhor aprofundamento no tema, bem como a realização de um estudo com número amostral maior e mais homogêneo.
