Introdução: Com a declaração da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) sobre a pandemia do novo coronavírus, o mundo se atentou para um novo agravo de abrangência internacional. A partir disso, equipes de saúde, notoriamente, a de Enfermagem, desenvolveu processos e, sistematicamente, organizou-se para enfrentar e compreender os mecanismos de ataque da COVID-19, que possuía os chamados grupos de risco como maior alvo. Verificou-se, assim, a necessidade de reforçar o compromisso ético-político da equipe de enfermagem frente às complicações causadas pela COVID-19 e seus desdobramentos. Objetivo: analisar as evidencias científicas sobre a atuação ética da enfermagem em contexto de COVID-19. Material e métodos: estudo bibliográfico, do tipo revisão integrativa, com delimitação atemporal, realizada no período de outubro de 2020. Realizou-se a busca nas bases de dados: Scopus, Medline e Web of Science, no idioma português. Utilizaram-se os descritores e português; Enfermagem; Prática de Saúde; Coronavírus; Ética. A busca foi realizada por pares, selecionando-se 01 artigos Resultados: No cenário atual da COVID-19, o grande desafio da Enfermagem é reconhecer as necessidades da sociedade (frente a pandemia) e compreender como há diferentes processos em curso ao longo do mundo (diferentes fases e compreender a enfermagem internacional como um guia comprometido com a responsabilização e compromisso ético). Conclusão: A ética está presente na dimensão cultural e estrutural que envolve no contexto da covid, assim, realizou-se uma análise crítica tendo como principal elemento os princípios éticos-políticos que dizem respeito a atuação da enfermagem, em consonância com o acesso universal e direito amplo à saúde e defesa à vida.
