PROMOÇÃO DE SAÚDE, QUALIDADE DE VIDA, SOROPOSITIVO
Resumo
Introdução: Muito se fala em qualidade de vida nos dias de hoje. Essa expressão tornou-se a busca incansável de pessoas que vivenciam a correria do dia-a-dia, o estresse, a falta de tempo para o lazer e para a família, os problemas de saúde e todas as outras situações que causam desconforto e insatisfação. Neste sentido trazendo para o contexto dos pacientes soropositivos Muitas são as situações enfrentadas por este, desde o preconceito pela sociedade bem como uma nova adaptação de estilo de vida, pois é necessário adaptar se as mudanças necessárias tais como iniciar uma atividade física, hábitos alimentares e ainda saber lidar com a rejeição sentida pelos familiares e sociedade . Objetivo: Relatar a busca por uma melhor qualidade de vida dos pacientes soropositivos após diagnostico em acompanhamento médico em um Hospital Público em São Luís - Ma. Material e métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência desenvolvida a partir da realização de oficinas realizadas no período de janeiro de 2019 a dezembro de 2019 voltadas para uma melhor qualidade de vida dos pacientes soropositivos desenvolvidas pela equipe multidisciplinar do Hospital Público Estadual referência em HIV/ AIDS, Tuberculose e Doenças Tropicais, na cidade de São Luís do Setor de Atendimento Especializado Resultados: Os pacientes adquiriram conhecimento sobre o que é HIV, sua terapêutica e sobre a importância do auto cuidado, foi observado que à medida que iam recebendo orientações quanto às possibilidades de tratamento e prognóstico da doença, muitas demonstravam uma vontade de viver intensamente tentando realizar diversas mudanças no seu cotidiano alterando hábitos e rotinas. Conclusão: Observou se um melhor entendimento da vivência e do enfrentamento dos pacientes soropositivos, promovendo um cuidado individualizado e com qualidade, visando sempre o desenvolvimento da autonomia e do empoderamento dessas pessoas.
